Do I need to create account in order to purchase?

You do not need to create account to buy our products but we will still need you to give some information in order to send your orders. However we suggest you to create an account to be able to receive promotions and updates.

I forget my password. What should I do?

Please go to login button on the right top of the page, select login and under the password field click Forgot Your Password

I want to update my profile and/or change my password. What should I do?

To update your profile, you need to go to Account button on the right top of the page, and select Account Dashboard

Can I change the email address once I register?

You can’t change email address after you register. If you need to use new email address, you will have to register new account accordingly.

Is it safe to pay online at mizuno.id?

Yes it is. We will direct you to secure page when you do payment transaction.

Is there any minimum purchase at mizuno.id?

There is no minimum purchase at mizuno.id. However if you want to have free shipping service, you will have to buy minimum Rp300,000/transaction. Any transaction below Rp300,000 will be charged with shipping cost accordingly.

What kind of payment that mizuno.id can accept?

We accept online payments as follow:

How long does it take to process my orders?

It will take approximately 2 (two) working days to process your orders, from the time we receive your full payment until package is picked up by courier. We will inform AWB# once package is picked up. Please add few more days for courier to deliver the package to your shipping address/

 

What is pre-order and why must I place pre-order?

From time to time, we have special packages or shoes with special designs. You can order these special items in advance through specs-sports.com before the official release to public. The quantity is always limited so placing pre-order will guarantee you will get the items.

How to do pre-order?

To buy pre-order items has the same steps as to buy normal items. You have to pay first and we will send the items when they are available in later date as advertised. First priority will be yours so you will have the items before they hit the market.

 

Can mizuno.id send packages to PO Box address?

Packages can not be delivered to PO Box address

Can mizuno.id send packages to outside Indonesia?

Currently we are serving only areas in Indonesia within service of our courier partner.

Can I track delivery on my orders?

Yes, you can. We will inform you AWB# once package is picked up by courier and you can trace the delivery by two ways:

  • Going into our website and trace the delivery in tracking page
  • Going to courier’s website and trace the delivery directly

What are reasons that my orders can't be processed?

We will try our best to always provide the products you have bought. However if you choose bank transfer as payment method and we haven't received your payment within 1x24 hours, we can't guarantee that the products will still be available.

Therefore please also make sure you pay within 1x24 hours after the order confirmation.

If I pay by bank transfer after 1x24 hours and stocks turn out empty, what will happen to my order?

We will contact you within 1 (one) working day after we receive your full payment and give you two options:

Option #1 – we will inform if product will still be available in later date and if you are willing to wait
Option #2 – in case product will not be available in later date or you are not willing to wait, we will reimburse the money you have paid
Therefore please always provide correct email address and/or phone number so we can contact you. Our reimbursement process will take 14 (fourteen) working days after we receive confirmation from you.

I have received my purchase but the size turns out too big/too small for me. Can I change the size and what should I do?

Yes, you can. Size change is allowed if it's too big or too small for you.

  • Please contact us at (email) to inform us regarding the change, complete with order number so we can process faster.
  • We will ask you to send the product back to us and also your bank account number. Please use the regular service to send the product back to us. Make sure the cost is mentioned in AWB. We will transfer the cost back directly to your bank account.
  • The product must be in good and complete condition, never been used, never been washed and can be sold again. Otherwise we have the right to cancel the exchange.
  • In case that stock is empty, we will inform and you have options to wait or to cancel.

Can I change the products I have paid in other models or colors?

We are sorry but it's not allowed to change models or colors of products once you have paid.

The products I receive are not the products I buy. What should I do?

What you should do is:

  • Please contact us at (email)  to inform us regarding the problem, complete with order number so we can process faster.
  • We will ask you to send the product back to us and also your bank account number. Please use the regular service to send the product back to us. Make sure the cost is mentioned in AWB. We will transfer the cost back directly to your bank account.
  • The product must be in good and complete condition, never been used, never been washed and can be sold again. Otherwise we have the right to cancel the exchange.
  • In case that stock is empty, we will inform and you have options to wait or to cancel.

I received damaged products. What should I do?

Please contact us at (email)  We will ask you to send pictures of the damaged products and show what the problems are. Once we identify the problems, we will send the replacement to you free of charge.
